Dear ERPUG members and interested PATROL Users:

We have had great turnouts for our Eastern Regional PATROL Users Group (ERPUG) meetings! I would like to thank everyone who attended, and a special thanks to all the people that made the ERPUG meetings a success: TASC, HP, Cabletron, and BMC Software. BMC Software is committed to having someone from BMC Educational Services present at all the ERPUG meetings. This is great for us because we receive exceptional education at a substantially discounted rate.

I believe we learn a lot from the presenters at our meetings. We shared antidotes, woes, and success stories. This was the reason why I founded the ERPUG. I couldn't be more pleased with the results. I receive requests for information on the ERPUG on a daily basis, which tells me that we really needed this kind of forum.

We would like to include PATROL-related articles in the newsletter from users like you. Please send questions for our "Dear ERPUG" column. Responses will be e-mailed and included in the next ERPUG Newsletter. If you have an answer for a commonly asked question, please send both question and answer to the ERPUG for inclusion in the "Dear ERPUG" column. The ERPUG Newsletter is picture-friendly. Pictures in .tif format are best for us, but we'll accept hardcopy and FAXed pictures.
